We believe that every event is intimately special to those who host it.  We pride ourselves in an individual approach to every client who contracts with our services.  Personal one-on-one approach is what we pride ourselves in. In person meetings to assure we understand your needs and wishes are how we assure all your needs are met.

Our Story

BHC Event Management was founded in 2004 by Naomi Gauruder.  Originally, we started by providing horse show management and secretarial services for equestrian competitions at all levels. Our expertise and clientele have expanded and we are now offering event planning services on a concierge level.  We offer event planning for corporate and family oriented events as well.  No event is too big or too small.  We offer services including, but not limited to, birthday parties, funeral gatherings, bridal or baby showers, corporate trainings or luncheon/dinners.

About Our Founder & President

BHC Event Management was founded in 2004 by Naomi Gauruder.  Naomi has a long history as an event manager as she worked for her mom during her teen years honing her skills.  Naomi has been an avid equestrian since her youth, she was a professional horse trainer, and has grown up working many equestrian related events over the years.  Event planning is in her blood and she had grown and expanded her business to include intimate, family, and corporate events as well.  As a current Paramedic and previous Fire Lieutenant & Auxiliary police officer, Naomi has planned and executed several larger events for first responders & fire departments including Annual dinner dances, Technical Large Animal Rescue Training events, Regional Fire Department Chief meetings and weekly Training drills.
